First of all, the pics the manager showed me when making a reservation was decisive. The masseur looked no way like who I saw when booking. Howerver, the quality of massages was alright but what makes this place disgusting is how they ripped off customers. After the massage, which lasted about 40 mins, all my masseur did for the "service" was HJ for about 2 minutes and then told me to finish the "service" myself. He even avoided being touched at the certain part of his body when waiting for me to finish. I booked for 2-hour service but everything finished in 60 mins. I then told him I would pay the 1-hour rate as what I received was clearly less than what was agreed in terms of the quality and quantity but he insisted I had to pay for 2 hours as initially agreed. Clearly there was a difficulty in communicating in English so I tried very hard to clarify the reason why it should be 1 hour rate using google translation and in the same time trying to understand what his excuses were. In the end he insisted that I had to pay 2-hour rate regardless of the reasons I tried to tell him and I had no choice as at the begining of the argument I was taken to the fire exit staircases, where no one witness us and I felt unsafe and would not be able to leave if not paying him what he wanted. Worse experience ever.

I had Seung Hyeon (상현) as a masseur. He has strong hands and great skill. His body is perfect. Not overly muscular but toned and fit (and surprisingly large where it counts). While the massage was very good it was the other things he did that were the top.

I came here twice during my stay in Seoul because I was so impressed by the service. I had two different masseurs and both were unforgettable. The techniques were firm but not painful and both were super polite and extremely cute! I wish I could stay in Seoul for longer so I could visit this place again.

I just contacted the manager of this establishment and the person is very professional and prompt with my questions. I am hoping for the best service yet, and I can tell that I will have a relaxing and a very positive experience. The manager ensures that the customers are relaxed and feel welcomed. Very inviting atmosphere. Most definitely will call them in a week time.
